ResonateOps is Francisco Salazar. I am a Senior DevOps Engineer with more than 10 years building and running production software, the last several at a US biotech company, working remotely from Chile. I am certified by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation as a Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and Application Developer (CKAD). I started ResonateOps to bring that engineering discipline to AI for businesses that do not have an internal tech team: custom AI built into the tools you already use, deployed to run reliably, and backed by a real guarantee, instead of demos that fall apart in production.
Why I work differently from an agency
Most AI shops are generalists assembling no-code tools. My background is the opposite: production systems that have to stay up, scale, and stay secure. I use no-code tools when they are the right fit and write real code when they are not, and I deploy what I build so it keeps running after I leave.
